Congratulations to James M. Stafford and James F. Stafford on their back to back Wexford rally wins from Damien Cole in his 2005 spec Ford Focus WRC and Steve Simpson in his Subaru Impreza S12 WRC. For a second year in a row the 2 James’s were successful in their home event and also for a second year in a row the two time previous victor had to settle for second overall.
